this is a charming motel, keeping the ambience of the 70’s. The owners are fabulous, with even their son helping me build a snowman, making the best of a freak snowstorm. The people in door county are amazing.

    If you are going for a fun, crazy time don't go.

    If you are going for a fun, crazy time don't go. It is a quiet town with a lot of driving and looking. If you rent a moped and drive around, you'll see everything in about 2 hours. Aside from the harbors and public beaches there is no access (or much view of the water). You HAVE to check out Jackson Harbor Soup and the Red Cup coffee shop. I would go all the way back just for that.
