The main attraction in Washington is the Inn at Little Washington- which the Michelin guide will tell you is “worth a special journey” and I have to agree. You don’t need more than a day or two but if you’re looking to relax away from it all with no cell reception and soak in the gorgeous Virginia countryside- this is the place. The county that Washington is the seat of is beautiful and very much worth visiting if you like small farms everywhere and beautiful trees.
