Wells downtown is all closed up There is a convenient/liquor mart at the edge of town, an Indian restaurant/truck stop and not much else. You can walk from the Sharon motel to everything but there are only sidewalks in the downtown area (where there are literally no shops or restaurants open).

This was just a 1 night on the road.
This was just a 1 night on the road. I went by good reviews and was disappointed. It was cold and rainy and the room was cold - took a while to heat up to be comfortable. The 2 full size beds were wall to wall with a stand sideways to fit. Very small room, had I known that would not have booked it. But, we only slept and left early. Tv, microwave, fridge all working great. I paid the same for a lot nicer room at other places - definitly no frills!

The room was super clean, and I mean better than newer motels. We parked right at our door, ground level entry. Typical amenities were all provided: toiletries, plenty of towels, hair dryer, coffee/maker, fridge, microwave, TV, charging ports, extra blanket. It’s obviously an older motel, with an older appearance & furnishings but every thing was clean and well maintained; from the window shutters right down to the baseboards and caulking.

The hotel is very nice. Nicest place in Wells Nevada. Breakfast was a bonus, and even though it was continental we were able to leave with a hot coffee for on the road.
