Great location. Clearly newly renovated, everything was fresh, bright, clean and very spacious. Easy check in/out and good process for cleaning/amenities top up where they text every morning to see what you need.

Cris the owner, wellcomed us with a big smille! the lhotel location is perfect, just in the middle of Cape Cod, and you can travel all over the places not being so far away, The room is extreamely clean and nice, also very quiet with a very good shower,,and comfortable bed. The price include a very satisfying brakefast in the nice dining room, and there is also a very nice swiming pool, So this is a place to rest and have vacation and not only to sleep! we will definately comeme back

We stayed here for a couple of days during our New England road trip and really enjoyed staying at Surf & Sand Beach Motel. The location is close to anything you need and perfect to seek out all the neighbouring towns and explore the Cape Cod area. Besides a nice (heated) outdoor pool it has a beautiful private beach and wonderful breeze. The outdoor shower is overlooking the beach. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The rooms have a kitchenette (with pots, pans, glassware etc.) and all have a view of the ocean with either a patio or balcony. The view of Nantucket Sound is awesome! Our room cleanliness was immaculate. Staff was absolutely lovely and very informative. The Surf & Sand Beach Motel is a great affordable place to stay. Thank you to all at the motel 😊

Very welcoming office staff. They could not have been more accommodating…going above and beyond. Pools were really nice and clean. Room was wonderful. Everything spotless. Fantastic modern bathroom. Comfy bed with plenty of pillows. Breakfast had numerous options.Coffee and tea available 24/7! Nice to visibly see cleaners and maintenance workers taking care of the hotel even the windows above the indoor pool. My wife and I liked everything about our stay there. We felt safe and would certainly stay there again if we get up that way. This hotel is a best kept secret!

Beautiful room, bed was comfortable and the miniature soap/shampoo etc were Molton Brown so very impressed! Lovely host, really friendly and a really interesting person. Would recommend to family and friends without a shadow of doubt.

    Receptionist was very friendly and informative.

    Receptionist was very friendly and informative. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom a little small. It needed a counter. We liked that the room had a fan as well as air conditioning. The ice machine was not working. That was the only disappointment, as we put ice in everything. Though there was an ice tray in the freezer which we used. The room was very clean and quiet. It was our first time staying at this inn, and look forward to going back for a longer stay. Would highly recommend A Beach Breeze Inn.
