    bookings did not advise me that hotel was under construction could not enter thru the lobby and no thats no breakfast lighted sign in parking lot says hot meal if you can not find out about the facility what good are you because the hotel would not make a reservation for another hotel

    This property is terrible. We found a bug in our room the first night. It smelled so bad like mold. The ac barely worked so it was hot. We had to reconnect the tv because it didn’t work and was not hooked up properly. And I have NEVER been in a hotel where you can hear the people on the next floor. But the people above us were so loud. Walking around banging on the floor and slamming doors all night long. I can’t believe all the reviews on this place have been positive before it was awful.

    This was my first time getting a hotel in Westwego and it was a nice lace to stay for us. We enjoyed our one night stay the staff was very nice and the room was clean, the beds were comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family members.

    The service was very good, fast and practical. The guy who was at check in was super patient and helpful. The room was very spacious with comfortable beds. The breakfast was very good, very different from other hotels!!
