Location was right off the interstate. Very quiet. Restaurants and gas stations nearby. Room had the essentials, very clean, no odors and bed was comfortable. Tile floors and an ac/heater that was quiet.

Great if you’re traveling when the water park is open or for a day trip, because otherwise there isn’t a lot to do. People are friendly, but other than fast food there isn’t a lot to eat. That being said king donuts is a must, great donuts, coffee and bubble tea and boba. It was a great day trip spot, I liked looking in the little shops and such.

There are several options for dining out. We went to the university there for a Christmas concert which was amazing! They have several downtown shop which are great to look around at and people are very friendly. During the summer the water park is a must! It is one of the cleanest and nicest ones I have been too in a long time!

My 2 sisters & myself went to the Ark Encounter on Friday day. Silly me booked W Hampton Hotel instead of E Williamsburg Hotel. But we drove the 2 hr distance & enjoyed a very nice room, hotel attendant was very courteous, helpful. The pool was warm it was awesome. After we checked out we visited several Antique places on our way home. We all slept great. Thank you for a great trip.

    It's a beautiful area.

It's a beautiful area. It's close to Tennessee and as beautiful as Tennessee, but without all the tourist traps and resorts. Some day developers will discover it and then it won't be the quiet place it is

    This hotel was AWFUL!

This hotel was AWFUL! The only plus was the desk attendant when we checked in. The room was filthy. The bed looked like someone was lying in it when we walked in, because the mattress was so broken down. The carpet was sticky, and the entire room smelled like smoke. Speaking of smoke, the smoke detector had been disconnected. There were obviously people living long term there. The breakfast was a complete joke, and I seriously felt like I needed a tetanus shot after staying there. Do yourself a favor...DO NOT DO IT!!!

Hot breakfast was good. Sometimes I encounter only cold breakfast and I would be disappointed. The breakfast area was clean and neat, the breakfast attendant was constantly cleaning up on the counters and the mess where customers made. Tea/coffee self service in the room was nice because I like to drink hot drinks day and night. Green Mountain coffee pods were good choice and Bigelow’s tea bags were also nice choice because they are tasty. I would get disappointed when I encounter cheap/untasty versions in other hotels.

This hotel was a good stop while traveling along I 75. Check in was easy and the staff were very helpful with recommending a nearby restaurant. The hotel was clean and it had all of the basic things that you need.
