The staff was friendly and eager to help. Breakfast was decent. But the rooms need upgrading. Non-working hot tub--permanently according to front desk. Photos online do not match the reality. Our heater didn't work at all (they did give us another room). There were large stains on the carpet. Everything looks a little tired. Very nice hotel. Clean. new room. I had limited interaction with the staff - but those I talked to were friendly & helpful. There are several eating options very close by & a Walmart a few minutes away on foot. One thing to keep in mind (and this isn't really about the hotel) - but because of the location in Woodland - I found long wait times to get a Lyft or Uber. A couple of the drivers told me that unless they are coming from or going to the airport - with gas prices so high - they won't drive out to Woodland for a pickup. Our son and his family live in Woodland and we go there quite frequently. We enjoy the options for dining and also we enjoy the close by access to easy hiking! We also enjoy the downtown with the availability of quite a few different type of ethnic restaurants.Guest review byKate
