    Since this place is located half-way between Woodruff and Lac du Flambeau on Hwy 47, the wonderful Ojibwe Museum in Lac du Flambeau is a must-visit! Woodruff/Minocqua offers anything needed for fun, groceries (Wild Berry, TJ's Meat Market), restaurants (Norwood Pines, historic Island Cafe, The Boathouse for views), water sports, recreation (Bearskin Trail)... peace and quiet. Rent a Pontoon (Minocqua Pontoon) for a day or more on Lake Minocqua. Fish off the piers. Eat ice cream or popcorn. Lattes abound (The Bottled Bean, Cafe Sonder).

    Mouse crap in the silverware drawer and on top of dish...

    Mouse crap in the silverware drawer and on top of dish towels. Water was not drinkable and wife refused to shower in it. Home smelled of heavy mold/mildew. Furniture torn. Home was dirty inside and out. 1 ply toilet paper....list goes on and on. I wouldn't stay there again if they paid me!!
