I was truly impressed by my stay! The service was outstanding – staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond and promptly addressing any requests. Our room revealed a direct, stunning view of the fireworks. The complimentary cable car tickets were a wonderful and appreciated perk. Breakfast was another highlight; everything was delicious and freshly made. Highly recommend!

It is a studio apartment. The room as spacious enough for both of us, complete with comfortable bed, fridge, two burner induction stove, hairdryer. They have room cleaning services everyday. Location was amazing. You can see almost the entire Sunset Town from level 16. You can watch the Kiss of the Sea show and the spectacular fireworks show from level 16 and enjoy the pool. The building located few blocks ups from the cable car station and for muslim, few hundred meters from Sarah halal restaurant.

It's a very beautiful boutique hotel. I enjoyed tge design so much. It was wonderful staying in that environment. Everything is very new and clean and very modern.The location is perfect 2 min to the beach and less than 5 to all the shows. Also free tickets to the cable car and water park. And free airport transfer!

Everything was perfect! The hotel and its facilities are simply heavenly, very comfortable with fantastic views of the city and sea. The island of Phu Quoc is incredible, especially the whole of Sunset town. Picture everything Italy has to offer and more. The town is a replica of the Amalfi coast, Venice, Milan and Rome. Amazing sights to see with daily activities. The kissing bridge is post card worthy for photos, with daily water skiing shows, puppet shows and a spectacular 3d water light show with the most amazing firworks display you will ever see. Nightly street food markets and a serenity that makes you feel your miles away from the hustle and bustle of Viatnam. The hotel Casepia is located at the prime end of sunset town and value for money is incredible. Highly recomend the ocean front suits with balcony. Cant speak highly enough of the staff and owners, a family owned and run business with a real.sense of pride for attention to detail. Accommodation included complimentary tickets for the cable cart, which holds the world record for longest cable cart, which takes you to an ajoining island and includes complimentary entry to the water them park attractions while there. Also included was complimentary access to the kissing bridge. On site restuarant was the right balance of western and oriental cuisine and breakfast included. Staff were thoughtful, kind and attentive to make sure our stay was as perfcet as could be. Scooter hire was arranged direcrly through the hotel and there is also a complimentary mini shuttle available. Cannot speak highly enough about the overall experience and service provided. A must do for anyones bucket list and we will DEFINITELY be returning in the future. Our sincere compliments to the owners for making our stay memorable. 10/10. Francesca and Elisseos

The hotel is situated on the beachfront, only a few steps away. The rooms are fully equipped, clean and comfortable. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. Clean and decent bedding, towels and curtains. The lady managing the hotel is very kind and friendly. Also the lady responsible for the cleaning is very sweet. The hotel is at khem beach resort, a very well maintained beach area. Certainly one of the best beaches I have ever been to. An island paradise! To add to the convenience, there is a free shuttle bus running between Khem Beach Resort and Sunset Town (cable car station to the water park & one of the best night markets). There is a street vendor across the road from the hotel selling delicious banh mi's, döner kebabs and hamburgers. And next to her is a lady selling delicious freshly made fruit juices, coffees and smoothies.
