The staff was very helpful. They arranged to add a vegetarian meal for me and my husband as there are no many vegetarian options in the restaurant. Also, they arranged a cake for my husband because it was his birthday. The staff were very attentive and helpful. I will definitely stay in the hotel again. They made our stay an enjoyable experience. The room was very clean and I was surprised to see that the bathtub and shower use hot spring water. The view from the balcony was stunning. The bad was very comfortable. The whole experience at the hotel was wonderful, very relaxing, and enjoyable.

The staff at the villa are very friendly and professional. They always warmly welcome and quickly respond to all guests' requests. I feel close and comfortable when interacting with them.
