"Our one-night stay was excellent, and the staff was incredibly helpful. They assisted us in booking a day trip to the Phong Nha caves and kindly held our luggage after we checked out. Upon returning from our excursion, they even allowed us to take a shower. Highly recommend due to their outstanding hospitality."

I liked everything about this hotel. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide selection of both Vietnamese and continental options. The staff was friendly and they could speak English.
