I've been traveling alone in Asia for a few months and this is the place that I felt most like home. I had stayed at the hotel before my Loop and when I finished I was a little sick. I knew that Loop Central Stay was the ideal place to recover, because I felt really cared for by them the first time, comfortable and welcomed. I extended my stay to almost one week. I could say how wonderful the hotel and the rooms are (because they really are) but I think nothing sums it up better than saying that I leave Ha Giang feeling like I have a little family in Vietnam. Lucifer and his team welcome you and make your stay very pleasant, they are attentive, they solve any doubts you may have. You are wonderful! Thank you very much for taking such good care of me! I hope to come back soon! Cảm ơn!

Beautiful property in the corner of town situated right next to a beautiful mountain. Peaceful, quiet and tranquil. But the family is what makes this place extra special. Huyen, the owner went out of her way to make our stay and our experience the best possible. She organised all our transfers for us from Hanoi and back rented us a bike and everything we needed for our trip on the loop. Their entire property and town got flooded during our first night with heavy rains, the families car and house and first floor of hotel was 1.5m under water. We were stuck in our room for most of the day . Although these poor people had a terrible tragedy happen to them with devastating losses, we where still their first concern and went out of their way to get warm tasty food to us, make sure we had water and everything we needed. I have never seen people work so hard and with determination to save their belongings, clean up and get their property back to working order as soon as possible. Family members came from everywhere to help and worked nonstop to save as much as possible. When we came back from 2 days on the loop we were absolutely astonished how the property was 99% back to normal and cleaned up. I cannot recommend Huyen and her homestay enough!!!We left with a full heart and a new friend.

The staff were great , the manager whet above and beyond anything I have ever seen before with repeat phone calls and emails to insure us all was fine. They held our 5 big bags for free for 3 days. I Insisted that I payed for that service but she would not accept any payments, and she knew That I was only was staying for 1 night

Very nice location near the shops and coach/bus stop. Great views room the room, and the room was a great size, comfortable bed and the place was very clean. The staff were very helpful when I needed assistance too.

We came for the second time and it’s perfect. Rooms are very clean and have everything you need. It’s the perfect place to start the ha Giang loop. Good choice of scooters and motorbikes, optional insurance (recommended, a scratch, fall, or flat tire can happen quickly and this covers everything), they store your luggage for free and can easily book a bus for you (even via WhatsApp), and the VIP cabin we booked here was the best night bus we took in all of Vietnam! We had a flat tire in the middle of nowhere and did the loop on our own. We called the hotel and they really helped us to get our tire changed and communicated with the locals. We would have been lost without them. Thank you so much!

    The bus trip from Hanoi is a bit of a challenge but once you get here, that seems irrelevant. A peaceful place provided you find suitable accommodation, preferably in a homestay away from the main part of town.

    Words cannot describe this amazing experience.

    Words cannot describe this amazing experience. The guide and drivers were beyond friendly and extremely considerate of their riders especially on the bumpy roads and the honestly in Dong Van was stunning. The views seen at every stop was beyond breathtaking and fun to be had at night with happy water and Kareoke. Was the absolute highlight of my time in Vietnam and I would fully encourage others to add it to their must do list.

    Ha Giang is quite simply beautiful outside of the city. The surrounding areas to the city are stunning and really worth any difficulty in getting there. The people are friendly and welcoming. Go if you can!

    This is my first time coming to Ha Giang, booking a cheap room with such quality. We traveled from Sapa to Ha Giang quite late but the host still helped us check in at 10pm. Room is clean and fully equipped.
