Their genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond made my visit even more special. Whether it was offering great local recommendations or ensuring every aspect of my stay was perfect, they were always there with a smile. The hotel itself remains as charming as ever, with its beautiful design, comfortable rooms, and serene atmosphere, but it’s the incredible staff like Kathy and Lilly that make it unforgettable.     I liked Da Nang city more than this place, it's a bit far from everywhere and the beach is not very clean. This place is good if you're staying in a 5 star resort with most facilities on site.
