It’s very nice! The rooftop is quite nice, we didn’t use the pool but we had a couple of beers there. They welcome you with a very delicious tea I wanna say? Which was lovely! I loved everything about my stay here. The room I selected was small but hey, we didn’t even spend time there. The breakfast in the morning was nice as well. We have no complaints at all!

Where to begin… our stay at CLASSYC Hotel made our trip. It was absolute perfection, Jennie and the staff have gone above and beyond to make us feel at home. The place has a great vibe and is clean and beautiful. Not to mention the included BREAKFAST!! This was a huge perk and the food was really delicious. 10/10 recommend.

Very good hotel which is located in the central of Hanoi Old Quarter. We have been here for a night only, but it was such a great time. We were welcoming by warmest greetings by lovely staff with a cup of lotus cinnamon tea and some cakes, then the room is quickly arranged for our early arrival. The atmosphere and the smell of the areas are fresh, comfy bed, clean room, the breakfast also is very impressive with many options, “Pho” made me remember when I was a child and my mom use to cook it for me, highly recommend!

I was never so well received in a hotel, I arrived earlier in Hanoi and they not only kept our bags there until the room was ready, but gave us complimentary cake and juice and even allowed for a much earlier check-in. The staff is amazing, I don't come from a tipping culture but I just had to tip them for all they done. Room was nice, big and comfortable, if I return to Hanoi this is where I'm staying.

    We loved doing a street food tour of Hanoi and just wandering around. There is so much to do. The food in Hanoi is so delicious. We also used it as a base to do a day trip to Ninh Binh and also go to Halong Bay overnight.

    TO WHO THIS MIGHT CONCERN MY TIME IN VIETNAM WAS VERY SHORT .I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE SPENT MORE TIME . HOWEVER I LOVED HANOI AND I REALLY LOVED I PERSON AT THE DESK SHE WAS REALLY EFFICIENT AND VERY HELPFUL. AND TOLD ME HOW TO GO ABOUT MY TIME IN HANOI. I WOULD LOVE YO COME BACK AGAIN SOMETIME TO HANOI. A VERY BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY AND BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE AND VERY HELPFUL. THANK YOU .

    Hanoi was good however you only needed a few days there.

    Hanoi was good however you only needed a few days there. Motor Bikes and Scooters took Ove all footpaths so you have to walk on the road all the time. Shopping was all you could ask for no matter what you wanted. Food if you ate where there were hundreds of locals you alway got variety Vietmese food and fantastic prices. We took a guided tour covering many places, however when we got on the bus the guide said oh no we are not going to all those places. We showed them the itinerary we booked and paid for but to no avail.Wwe walked off the tour 23 way through disgusted. We have reviewed this separately about the company

    Hanoi is a lively and charming city with so much history and culture to explore. The Old Quarter is beautiful with its small streets, cafés, and local shops, and the street food is amazing if you know where to go. That said, traffic can be busy and a bit noisy, and some touristy areas charge way more for common dishes like pho or banh mi. If you’re traveling with friends and want reasonably priced food, it’s best to ask locals — or even better, the hotel reception — they’ll point you to good spots nearby. Don’t miss trying some of the local cafés; sitting in one of them and enjoying a coffee is a true Hanoi experience. Walking is fun in the Old Quarter, but be careful crossing streets, and consider using a Grab bike or taxi for longer distances. Shopping at local markets can be affordable, but always check prices before buying

    Hanoi is a lively city with busy streets, but not as crazy as Saigon. The Old Quarter is beautiful, but my advice is to avoid touristy spots serving common dishes like pho or banh mi — they can be ridiculously expensive. Traffic can be hectic, so it's best to ask the hotel reception for tips; they’ll help you get around. If you have friends living here, they can take you to great local spots. Or just chat with the hotel reception — they’ll definitely help you. But if you’re just here to spend money and experience the city as a tourist, then forget everything I just said! :))) Overall, the city is full of charm, history, and great hidden spots if you know where to look.

    Gorgeous boutique hotel with 5 star amenities and service. The room wss beautifully appointed with extra comfy beds and a generous waterfall shower as well as a bath. Our room overlooked the hubub of Hanoi and was right next to Old Quarter shops and markets, but was super insulated from the noise. The staff are very kind and attentive and nothing is too much to accommodate. A rooftop bar with wonderful views tops it off. This is a standout hotel, well worth a visit.

    This hotel was an amazing start to our trip to Vietnam. The hotel was in an excellent location, near to the St. Joseph Cathedral and only a short walk from the old quarter. Really big rooms, clean and wonderful staff. Good selection at breakfast with food cooked to order. Best thing was the staff. They were so nice and super helpful. Mr Dong helped us not only during our stay in Hanoi but helped book our trip to Halong Bay and even our onwards travel from the city!

    This is a great value hotel with a luxury feel and welcoming staff. We felt very looked after and the breakfast was amazing value- really delicious with authentic Vietnamese options as well as other cuisine. Good facilities and very clean. Location was fantastic. Right in the centre of the old quarter but nice and quiet. It was an oasis of calm amongst the chaos of Hanoi.

    Best experience of three months Vietnam. The hosts are incredible friendly. The room was great and much more cozy and comfortable than the standard vietnam hotel room. The area is calm, everything you need is around the house and it's only a short walk to Hanoi Old Quarter. Washing the laundry with the machine was no problem. Really nice lobby with kitchen and seats.
