My room and the facilities were very nice, the hotel is beautiful. I was given my preferred room with the lake view. No noise disturbance from my room. The staff is so attentive and very willing to help every time. Big thumbs up to Mrs Lily, she was in constant communication with me even before I arrived Vietnam, she also helped recommend tours to ensure I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was very delicious with great variety. Infact, every staff I encountered was very courteous and willing to help in anyway to make my stay stress free and enjoyable. I would totally come back here on my next visit to Hanoi and recommend for others to stay.

The room was very nice, modern and clean. The hotel is located in the central of the oldtown, everything was perfectly in reach. But what I liked the most were the great employees: everyone was very polite and I always felt welcome. Aiden and Rosi were also giving me a lot of good recommendations for restaurants, bars and sightseeing. Especially Aiden helped me a lot. She organized the whole transport to the airport, helped me with my luggage and even after my stay she was very helpful when I had forgotten something in the hotel. All in all very excellent service, thank you a lot. I am looking forward to come again :)

I usually never post any reviews but this one is needed. We got there and they welcomed us with tea and some banana bread. They gave us a map including all the things to do and see at Hanoi, also recommendations (they were so good too). The location of the hotel was great but definitely the standing ovation goes to the staff, THEY WERE AMAZING. Lovy took the time to schedule us a trip to Ha Long bay, breakfast included and the after service messages are such a nice touch, Danny from the front desk helped us all the trip and he was so welcoming I just can not think of any other hotel to stay once we get back. This is a 100/100 rate from every perspective (money vs value, location, service, etc.)

I book by looking at google and booking.com reviews. Also I took airport pick up service from them It took about 2 hours to complete the long immigration and the driver waited without any disturbance. When I checked in there was someone at the reception, named Nguyen Phuong Thao. I have traveled to about 8 countries, but I have never met anyone as polite, friendly and helpful as her. She briefed me on each topic for about 10 minutes. My check out was at 6 am. She also packed breakfast for me. I will never forget the wonderful hospitality. I am impressed with the love, behavior of Vietnamese people, I will come again. ❤️
