Very nice and helpful host! She spoke good english and helped us with everything we needed: laundry, motorbike rent, transfer to Hanoi and gave us helpful tips about Ninh Binh. Homestay and garden is beautiful and they have a great cat!

The lady running this place is absolutely amazing!! She deserves everything good in this world and more. She went above and beyond, nothing was too much. Super friendly and so accommodating and kind. The world needs more people like this sweet lady. The accommodation was GORGOUS. The rooms were luxary, clean, massive and the best we have stayed in, in Vietnam. The location is lovely surrounded by amazing mountains and views. The food was spot on and the price is unbeatable! I hope everyone stays here to get the experience we did! Thank you again xxxx

I had the pleasure of staying at this homestay, and it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had while traveling. The hosts were some of the kindest and most genuine people I’ve met—they truly went out of their way to make sure every guest felt welcome and looked after. The room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and the level of cleanliness was impressive. The property itself offered breathtaking views that added to the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Although it’s slightly outside the main area, that ended up being a huge plus for me. The tranquility and quiet were exactly what I needed, and with free bicycles available, getting around was easy and enjoyable. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place more.

Nature and nice place, the owner of homestay very friendly and helpful, they have motorbike service for rent and help us manything. The room is big, clean and comfortable. The locations is good , quite and nearby places for visit. Breakfast is delicious . We will come back here other time

The room is super new, soft mattress, lots of light, hot shower. The host was friendly and helpful, he gave us 2 bicycles for free. Great location, so quite and beautiful to explore on a bike or even by foot.

Beautiful location on the river. Hana's family was really friendly. They upgraded me from dorm room to a nice single room that has a beautiful fish pool in front of it. The room was really clean and cozy. They also gave me a discount on the room and gave me water and chips for free when i checked out to have them on my road trip. I totally recommend this place. Great location, great service, and very friendly family.
