Our stay at the Sao Mai Boutique Hotel was simply wonderful from start to finish. The moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly and professional front desk team who made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Their warm smiles and helpful attitude immediately gave us a great first impression and made us feel at home. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, offering both modern comfort and a cozy atmosphere. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of fresh and well-prepared dishes — a perfect start to our day before exploring the city. The dining area was pleasant and comfortable, and the staff always made sure everything was ready and served with care. What truly made our stay exceptional was the housekeeping team. They kept our room spotless every day, paying attention to even the smallest details. Coming back to a clean, fresh, and neatly arranged room after a long day out was such a delight. It showed how much pride they take in their work and how dedicated they are to guests’ comfort. Overall, the professionalism of the staff, the tasty breakfast, and the excellent cleanliness made our time at Sao Mai Boutique Hotel incredibly comfortable. We truly appreciated every moment of our stay and would happily return on our next visit to Hanoi. Highly recommended!
