Great loaction. This hotel was a not directly in the center, so not loud, but center was easy to reach by a 10 min walk. The whole staff was amazingly friendly. They helped us with proposals what to visit, with scooter rental and transfer organisation. Breakfast was very good. We arrived at 10am and we could already check in (room was ready) at no extra cost. At our last day, we could leave our luggage, the use of a shower was offered and we received a "survival pack" (water, banana and a sweet pastry) for our transfer to Lao Cai. Thanks again to the whole staff! We can clearly recommend the "My Gallery Boutique Hotel & Spa".

The location of this hotel was really nice, since it is nearby the lake. I could enjoy the river view in my room. Also, all staff were friendly and kind. My bus arrived Sapa in the early morning and the manager, Mr.Kim, helped me to check-in early. I highly recommend this hotel to travlers.

Everything was great! Nice breakfast, excellent spa, good location, friendly staff. Only negative was the skybar, where the ice coffee was not that great. The view from the skybar was amazing, though.

I cannot fault this hotel. It is stunning fit out of what looks like an historic building. Superbly clean. The bed was so so so comfortable - the best sleep I’ve had in SEA; and the staff were incredible. Without being overbearing they went to every length to ensure our stay with Eden, and Sapa, was unforgettable. I had a rip in my skirt, and they insisted I give it to them, and they mended it with love, for free. The breakfast was tasty and substantial.

pao's is a very nice and comfortable hotel.. . It is about 15 min walk from Sapa, but there is a pavement, where you can walk. Iz ha an outstandingview to the terraced rice fields. The breakfast ioffer all varieties of food.

I had an amazing stay at Bamboo Sapa Hotel, and their hospitality truly exceeded my expectations. I arrived at the hotel early in the morning, around 8 AM, and was immediately welcomed with warmth and kindness. Julie, one of the staff members, noticed that I was freezing and generously lent me her hand heater—such a thoughtful gesture that made all the difference in the chilly Sapa weather. The hotel also provided a shower room, allowing me to freshen up before check-in, which was incredibly convenient after a long journey. On top of that, they offered a **complimentary herbal bath and sauna**, which was the perfect way to relax and warm up after exploring Sapa. It was a unique and rejuvenating experience that added so much value to my stay. Throughout my time at the hotel, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, frequently checking in to see how I was doing. Julie, in particular, was incredibly hospitable **from the moment I arrived until my last day**, making sure I had everything I needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Her kindness and attentiveness truly made a difference. As a solo traveler, feeling safe and well taken care of is essential, and Bamboo Sapa Hotel delivered on all fronts. The combination of **great facilities, warm hospitality, and thoughtful gestures** made my experience in Sapa even more memorable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

    Awesome village, if you want busy and active then stay over the weekend. For a little more quieter time, then from late Monday to Friday morning is good. There is amazing trekking, site seeing and rides around the area and superb place to visit for a connection to rural Vietnam when you only have a few days.

    Beautiful scenery and relaxing weather. But, it's best to make sure you visit during the non-rainy seasons to avoid excessive fog and unexpected rainfall. We visited the moana cafe, glass bridge, ban mong alpine coaster and explored the city center. All these locations are a must visit to anyone visiting Sapa. This was our second trip to Sapa. During our first visit, we visited sunworld fansipan and cat cat village, and they are also absolute must visits!

    The hoteldesapa is always busy, so you should book early. We planned ahead and reserved our room three months in advance, which gave us a complete and comfortable stay. Many travelers who arrive and try to book at the last minute often find no rooms available, which shows the hotel’s appeal and service quality. The rooms are clean and airy with beautiful views, making you feel relaxed from the moment you step in. Breakfast is plentiful and varied, and the spa offers wonderful relaxation after days of sightseeing. The staff are always enthusiastic, friendly

    Walking around Sapa Lake at night was truly magical. The calm water reflected the shimmering lights of the town, while the cool mountain breeze carried the quiet charm of the late hour. Under the soft glow of the moon, the surrounding hills and streets seemed even more enchanting. It was the perfect moment to slow down, take in the beauty, and feel the peaceful heartbeat of the city after dark.

    The views of the rice fields and terraces in July are beautiful because they’re at its greatest! If you’re lucky enough to get sunny days during your stay you’ll be rewarded with fantastic pictures!!! The downside are the muddy trails (rainy season) so most probably you’ll not be able to cover the whole place. They’re alternative options, easy ones, specially if you visit with children. I highly recommend you to stay outside Sapa town as we did. You can visit Sapa town (a couple of hours will be enough) but for a much authentic experience stay in a village, they’re great ecolodge options around.

    Sa Pa is a beautiful and charming place made by its people, mixed culture, and unique terrain. Hiking to Fansipan is a must activity. Visiting local villages in the mountain valley is fun as well. Here nature and people co exist in peace. People are so genuine and welcoming. It rains a lot, so bring jackets and sweaters.

    Beautifully decorated hotel. Very grand and luxurious and clean. Water and fruits were provided in the room . Very well priced. Beautiful large swimming pool which was heated and indoor . Big gym. Breakfast had good choice of Vietnamese foods but to improve I would suggest they also provide nuts, dried fruits and more healthy cereals. I did not use the spa but again to improve it would have been good if guests were allowed to use the jacuzzi for free. The staff were helpful and friendly.

    The hotel was one of the best we had in whole Vietnam. The staff is like a small family and incredibly friendly and helpful in any situation. Location is perfect for Sa Pa as it is not located in the noisy centre. However, it only takes five walking minutes to get into the city centre with bars and restaurants. Also the location is perfect for walks in the rice fields. When we took the bight bus from Sa Pa they even gave us water and fruits for our trip.

    Extremely attentive and friendly staff in all areas. They went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable. Quiet location away from the city noise and crowds but still walking distance to the centre.     The best hotel breakfast we had in Vietnam! Dinner on arrival was also very good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were able to arrange transport to and from the hotel.     Nicest mid-range hotel we’ve been to in Vietnam! Though a short distance away from the city centre, Sa Pa’s fairly small and you’re away from all the noise. Bed was really comfortable, and they had a fantastic toilet. You know a hotel cares when they provide 4-ply paper.
