Location was really good. In the centre of Hanoi. All attractions were really close so it helped to enjoy the sightseeing. Personel was very profesional. They really cared about us. They were very helpful all the time. It was really nice time. We recommend that hotel.

The customer service has been outstanding and amazing. We were made to feel incredibly valued and everyone here willing to support anytime.
