Bungalows are very nice and comfortable. The homestay is perfectly located in a quiet place, just outside the center of Phong Nha. Ms Ai speaks perfectly English and is very sweet and helpful- thanks again for welcoming us in the middle of the night! Highly recommended

The host was fantastic, helped us plan our trip and was extremely informative on everything around the town. He dropped us to the bus station after organising our buses too, super kind. Motorbikes to rent for good price and lovely pool to chill by. The food at the hostel was really really good too. Communication was outstanding. Host came at 5am to check us in and even offered to pick us up. Clean rooms with lots of space. GREAT value for money!

The best hospitality I’ve experienced so far in Vietnam! The host was incredibly sweet and always there to help me whenever I needed. On the check-in day, she welcomed me even in the middle of the night, allowing me to enter the accommodation when I arrived—something many places don’t offer or only allow after the official check-in time. I truly appreciated that! On the check-out day, she even offered me a bed in the dormitory for free so I could rest until the evening when it was time for my sleeper bus. She also provided access to the shower facilities. I highly recommend this place! Thank you once again 🙏🏻

Staff were so friendly and kind. Beautiful balcony overlooking the river where you can eat delicious breakfast (available are pancakes, fruit salad, omelettes etc). Big room & bathroom. Bicycles for free and rented motorbikes and bus tickets at a cheap price. Would definitely recommend!

It was amazing to stay here, honestly. Super cheap and Hien and her family were nothing short of amazing. we had an issue with our Air conditioning on day 1 and it was sorted straight away. They helped us 4 at any point we needed. We booked our bus from Phong Nha to Hanoi through Hien and she left in the middle of her family meal to bring us personally to the bus station and she stayed with us until we left. For the price I could not recommend here enough.
