The hosts were absolutely amazing. Their kids were great too. Luck has it we arrived just before the Snow Tea Festival and we wanted to extend our night. They were fully booked but were able to create more room for us so we could stay. The took us to the morning games. The accommodation was great too. The hot springs are the best after a long travel and the houses were nice and clean. We definitely recommend staying here. We had a amazing time and I can’t wait to get back. Thank you for the great time we had staying with you!

The location of Hoang Ha River Town Hotel is excellent, nestled near a thriving river stream amidst many locals and a charming coffee shop. The hotel is also located close to the city's walking street, which is hard to miss. The room itself was spacious, and the beds were so comfy! We were able to have a balcony view and admired the starfruit growing on the trees, along with the river canal view and locals biking by. I highly recommend renting a motorbike to explore the beautiful parks around. The hotel staff were very kind; we enjoyed drinking tea with them, and they even helped us with an injury we had. Additionally, we were able to leave our belongings in the lobby after check-out as we wanted to explore the city for the day before our bus to Hanoi. Honestly, I can't recommend Hoang Ha River Town Hotel enough. If you're ever in Yen Bai, make sure to book a stay here. I know I'll be coming back here on my next trip!

This was one of our favourite stays in Vietnam! Everything was exceptional. The owners and staff have gone above and beyond to make this homestay extra special. The facilities are amazing with extensive gardens and cozy, quiet little seating areas to relax and enjoy. Our room was beautiful and absolutely spotless. There are several dinner and breakfast options to choose from, plus a coffee and smoothie bar on site. Our host, Vi, was an absolute joy and a wealth of knowledge - she even treated us to a traditional tea ritual before we left. Definitely put this place on your list if you plan on staying in Yen Bai.

Unique place. Etc and her wife did an amazing place where you feel totally good. It's like a retreat, an artsy place and quiet.

The room is comfortable and private. There are 3 beds in the room. The towels are provided which is really nice. There is a bathroom with hot water. You can even do your laundry as they have a washing machine and a dryer. The owners are so friendly and helpful. They made me feel right at home and treated me like I was part of the family! The food is amazing! You can eat fish from the lake or vegetables and fruit from the garden (there are meat options available too but I don’t eat meat) Everything is clean and organic. Ha helped me with everything I needed she is really sweet. I recommend this place as it is really clean, quiet and affordable. You can experience the Vietnamese culture.

The familiy prepared breakfast and dinner for us every day and it was delicious food. They were extremely welcoming and talked a lot to us. At this stay we learned the most about vietnamese way of life during our travel. Many thanks to the family for the hospitality.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is truly a cut above, the food is delicious. The room is spacious with a broad balcony. We have a great time chilling at the balcony at night without worrying about mosquito They have a new sauna area but unlucky we didn't have the chance to try out yet
