The hotel is wonderful and such an unexpected suprise as I did not originally plan to stay. The rooms are large and very comfortable and the spa centre is top level. The attached restaurant is incredible and very affordable. Kosovo is a beautiful and very friendly country and this is reflected by this hotel. I enjoyed my (unplanned) stop so much, I extended my stay for an extra night because the weather was bad, and my plans to move on to the Albanian Alps changed. All staff are friendly but I must mention the receptionist (sorry I did.not get his name), who is an absolute credit to the hotel. I felt so welcome. I would definitely return.

It was excellent. Better than expected. Perfect location. Walking around was the perfect thing to do. Magnificent view from the top of the mountain. Waterfall was perfect 😊😊

The owner of this hostel is the one who makes this place special. He is very kind and welcoming. He took us in his car to multiple places around the mountains and he really made us feel like home. I would definitely stay here again

Everything. From the welcoming, to the staff and how attentive the owner and his wife are- you can tell they were meant for this and they really love people. The rooms were spacious and clean and comfortable. The pool area is the main hangout spot and a great place to sit and eat and enjoy the gorgeous Mountain Views, we even got our cousins to book for a night after having them stop by. It’s so quiet and serene and exactly what I wanted. Shef went above and beyond for me and my family and he has a lifetime customer with us. We are so grateful to have stayed here.

It was beautifully appointed: antiques everywhere, the bed was comfortable, there were room-darkening blinds (persianas). The restaurant was lovely, relaxing and the food was delicious. We were in Peja for five days and we ate every meal there at DOA because we couldn’t imagine that there could be another restaurant in town with food that was as good or better. Breakfast was included- such a great deal! The staff were professional and very helpful. We had a friend traveling with us who also stayed at DOA. One of the waiters generously loaned him his bike once so he could go for a ride along the river. The woman at the front desk was always friendly and helpful. She reserved a perfect parking spot for us right in front of the property- that spot was available for us throughout all 5 days we were there.
