Prizren is a very fine and charming Ottoman town.
Prizren is a very fine and charming Ottoman town. The climb to the fortress is certainly worth it. It has great atmosphere and lots of bard and restaurants in which to chill out. I would recommend a two day visit. It is a good place to sample the unique experience and recent history of Kosovo. The 'nice' bit of Prizren is around the Sinan Pasha mosque/Orthodox Cathedral, so do make sure you stay there. You can walk anywhere.Guest review byAlexanderLSUnited Kingdom

Everything including the fortress are all walking distance although it is very steep up to the fortress. The room was new, comfortable and very clean. The reception staff where very helpful, welcoming and lucky for us spoke great english. Breakfast is at a bistro next door with a few options and was very good.
