So nice place to stay! We had a lovely time. We had booked a dinner that was very good, we sat outside in the evening, close to a small fireplace, the food and the expirience sitting there in the dark was magic. Very good breakfast, the owner, Daleen was very friendly and gave us great tips what to see in the neighbourhood. We traveled for three weeks in SA and this was our best guesthouse during the trip.

We were pleasantly surprised with this little gem in a stunning location. The staff were super friendly and we felt so welcome. The lodge was well equipped and clean and the on site restaurant was perfect for an evening meal. If you want to go hikes in the area this is your perfect starting point.

The lodge was extremely comfortable, luxurious and relaxing. The rooms were spacious with wonderful views across the bush. seating outside was comfortable and private. The restaurant area and communal lounge area was very tastefully decorated in keeping with nature , local culture and the environment. The information in the rooms was not only extremely informative but interesting across a range of subjects from the local school to the flora and fauna. Peter and Claudia were very welcoming and helpful and we really wished we had planned to stay longer as there was clearly so much to do in the area and we will definitely return the next time we are heading out on safari.

Amazing hosts. Veronica is an amazing host and always checked on us and showed us around. We never had any issues with anything as she was always available on call :) The Blyde river flows just in front of this property and you are able to see hippos, crocodiles, baboons and the refreshing river flow. Absolutely amazing place and its closer to the boat rides and everything else.
