    Kampersrus is about 30Kms from Blyde River Canyon so if you have activities planned there, it’s the perfect budget friendly town to stay at. I highly recommend it. The only downside is that it has limited shops, and the shop closes at 6pm. After that you’ll have to drive to nearby towns for restaurants etc

    Kampersrus is a rural residential town with a definite bush...

    Kampersrus is a rural residential town with a definite bush character. The area is divided into plots of different sizes where several guest houses, lodges and private residences were developed. The town is flanked by wildlife reserves on both sides, so at night you hear lion and hyena. The whole village has beautiful views on the mountains.

    The mountains, the views, the decor of our room and the cherry on top is the outside shower. That was the best. The pool area is another lovely feature. The lapa is amazing. The photos match the actual house and rooms.
