We can only recommend staying at this wonderful Lodge! Craig, Andrew and all the other staff were so friendly and kind- they made our stay a once in a lifetime experience! Absolutely everything about Africa on Foot is amazing. Staff are attentive, kind and incredibly knowledgeable. They truly make the the place what it is. Outstanding hospitality (best we have had). Facilities are clean and tastefully decorated. Food.. Just Wowwww! Breakfast, lunch and dinner were always a treat. The pools were beautifully located and clean. The rooms were spacious. The morning walks were such a treat. The guides are first class and work hard to show you as much as possible, whilst also giving you interesting information about then bush and its animals. The arvo/night drives were out of this world. We saw soooo much. Lions, leopards, rhinos, elephants, hippos, giraffes, hyenas, antelopes, birds!! And much much more. This place is a must. Don't hesitate to book. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights.

Everything is perfect. The facility, foods, location, staff is much better than expected. We didn’t see leopard. However we were very satisfied to see a very impressive scene ( lions eating zebra….)

Everything was perfect and high quality. Accommodation was very nice and comfortable, bed was amazing. Staff were very very friendly and welcoming. The food was absolutely amazing and they really go out of their way to make the experience unforgettable. We had lunch and dinners in various settings. The gym is small but well equipped. Massages were amazing and the game drives were fun and comfy.

Fantastic experience! Susanne & Pierre and of course the whole team were great. We felt very welcome and they took care of us very well. Food was great, this applies to breakfast, lunch and dinner. Just wonderful. Great game drives. Guide and tracker were fantastic and showed great lnowledge and passion for nature and animals. We felt safe in their hands. All was very well organised. This was our first safari and it was so special. Would love to go back.

Our journey through the safari was nothing short of fantastic, beginning with a thrilling encounter with a sleeping lion en route to the lodge. The adventure continued with more lion sightings as we departed. Our guide, Christelle, was the highlight of our trip. Her extensive knowledge and evident passion for wildlife truly enriched our safari, transforming it into a magical adventure. We experienced great extra drives, pursuing the echoes of roaring lions and observing the serene beauty of a lounging leopard. Fortune smiled upon us, allowing us to witness four different leopards, including a surprise visit from one during our sundowner drinks – a moment of sheer amazement especially for Christelle!!. The warmth and hospitality of Dave and Nikki made us feel like a part of the Nyala family. Their exceptional attention to detail in the dining experience, complemented by Shylet's service, elevated our stay.
