The host, she was super friendly, ready to help with anything you want or need! We arrived late, and as it is not near a supermarket, she ordered food, and in the morning she prepared a perfect breakfast! We really enjoyed our stay, so a pitty we didnt stay long. 😊

    I enjoyed the games, breakfast was good excluding juice. The rooms was clean but there were no tea or coffee items in the rooms. They need to clean the other premises there’s too much dust. They need to fix their showers when you bath it becomes wet every where in the room. Their staff need customer service training, they are trying but they are failing there and there

    My stay at Ten flags was the best.

    My stay at Ten flags was the best. The management and staff was excellent. They were so visible and ensured that they attend all queries on time. The manager ( Fifi Ndaba) u are the best my sister. Continue with the excellent service. There are so many activities we couldn't Complete everything.Big 👆
