Their service is very poor
Lauren cancelled my booking on the 6th of September 2021 whereas I made the booking on the 14th of August 2021 and I receive the email stating that my booking has been approved and they sent the cornfimation number on the 15 of August 2021 and on the 3th of Sept they sent the email saying that they are looking forward to see me on the 8th of October 2021. On the 6th of September Lauren sent message telling me that there is no space reserved for me.
