The hotel has a best location, just in front of the Gateway mall main entrance. It's a cool place to stay. The staff is very professional. You have many halaal restaurants around the hotel, such as J'Mos, Istanbul, Ocean Basket, Nando's, My Dinners and many more...!!!! My special thanks goes to Mrs.Rai and Mrs.Pamela who assisted me 🤝. It was a birthday gift to a family member and I mentioned the special occasion in my booking. My family were excited to receive a welcome basket of goodies for their birthday and a room that was sea facing. The Manager called them personally to invite them to a complimentary dinner but they were full from the delicious goody basket. They were then offered a complimentary breakfast and were very happy with the range of vegetarian foods that was provided to cater for them. The hotel more than exceeded our expectation in terms of making it special for the family member. Will definitely stay at Coastlands when we visit South Africa again.
