Ekhaya is the best place to stay, especially if you are visiting Durban for leisure or group travel. I have traveled extensively. However, I have never been to the cleanest hotel ever. The staff were extremely friendly and highly professional. There has never been a day when I had to complain about anything. I loved the place, it is the best 👌.

    I liked the cleanliness, good security, view, tranquility,...

    I liked the cleanliness, good security, view, tranquility, and humility displayed by the owner. I didn't the lack of shower 🚿 even if the 🛀 basin is available. If enjoy using the rainy stuff. I recommended though to the owner and he promised to upgrade, gradually though, since he's still at the ground level, hoping to stabilize financially someday, somehow.
