The location was perfect! Away from the crowds. Very quiet and private. The staff were amazing, so accommodating and chatty. Food and snacks were superb (thank you to the brilliant staff in the kitchen behind the scenes), we never went hungry! A nice touch was the evening animal stories that were printed out and laid on the beds with the chocolates on pillows. Enjoyed the stories.

It was an absolute pleasure staying there. It was so relaxing and restful being there. Everytime we'd find something (for e.g the ice bucket and the ice tongs) we'd say "OH MY GOODNESS they thought of everything!👌🏼". Such thoughtful things that, if we hadn't packed them, they would have made things even easier and convenient. We were all thoroughly impressed. All types of animals came out often and my son was intrigued by all of them. My husband said we HAVE TO come back for an entire weekend to experience the tranquility once again.
