Its value for money and its in a nice quiet area and one can rest without disturbances from noises in the neighborhood or motor bikes racing at night and neither do you get noise from trucks and buses on major roads. We went looking for birds, and found the Polokwane Bird Sanctuary terribly run down with sewerage flowing into the dam that the birds are supposed to be living in. There were a few birds there, but not nearly what there should be. It is sad that no one makes an effort to address this problem which can be solved.
