Hotel has huge campus with lush green trees, lawns and big swimming pool. Its centrally located and has markets and restaurants at walkable distance. Front desk staff and all support staff was very helpful. Front desk and management team went out of the way to guide and support us for sight-seeing and making our stay comfortable. Hotel has multicuisine restaurant. The specialized Indian cook prepared customized delicious Indian food for us that made us feel at home. This hotel is located in Livingstone which is a small town near Victoria falls and offers few of the unique experiences like microlight flight over Victoria falls and national park, helicopter ride, peaceful sunset cruise in Zambezi River with live traditional music and opportunities to watch wild animals in their natural habitat, opportunities to interact with lions and cheetahs and adventure activities like bungee jumping and ziplining.

Nkhosi is a great choice for those who want the peace and quiet of the Zambian countryside, but still be able to enjoy all that Zambia has to offer. The property has everything that you need including on call massage therapist and staff that will help you book excursions for all your days in Zambia! I loved that the property was ZAMBIAN owned and sustainable! The staff are SO kind and helpful, and great to chat with! You will definitely feel at home at here. Rooms are great and BIG!

As it was the dry season, the falls were just a few streams, but still impressive. Apparently, March is the best time when they are in full flow. You can cross the bridge into the Zimbabwe side of the falls, there was more water there, but cost $50 each. So with a family of 5 & 32C we decided it was not worth it.

I've travelled to Livingstone before so I knew what to expect. My husband has mobility issues and everyone we met made him feel welcome which was very important to me. We didn't bother with a car as the local taxis were reasonable and comfortable.

Obviously the Falls - and the Zambian side is without the best viewing aspect. The township is clean and has most amenities with the Museum being its highlight. A sunset river cruise is a must do and a helicopter flight is well worth the price.

Livingstone is a bustling, lively city that never sleeps.

Livingstone is a bustling, lively city that never sleeps. Nights are full of sounds from music, trucks, trains, dogs. Accommodation outside town is quieter. It is easy asy to walk around through you will be approached and asked which country are you from which is an introduction to sales and marketing spin for some item! A vibrant African city full of character and not over run with tourists. The view half ways up Mosi-oa-Tunya road, outside Livingstone museum down onto Victoria Falls spray is amazing to see in the town, and coffee shop further up the hill serves locally produced good coffee. Getting around Livingstone was easy to walk or get a friendly taxi. Fishing up the Zambezi for tIger fish on a small boat was a great way to get a view onto the river, hippos, smiling crocs, birdlife, villages with a local fishing guide. I caught no fish but would go fishing again here anytime.

Excellent location. Great bar and restaraunt overlooking the river. Good food, friendly staff and some fantastic trips which can be arranged via the hotel booking office. Highly recommend the microlight flight, steam train dinner and Elephant Cafe. We also did a super mini safari at the David Livingstone park and a sunset cruise. There are packages on offer for booking combination trips which can be cheaper than doing individual bookings. Oh and of course don’t forget a trip to the falls!

My pick-up at the airport was organized by the hostel at a fair price. The location is in the center of Livingstone, opposite a shopping center. Check-in was fast and smooth. I stayed in a single room which was very nicely decorated, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary pancakes in the afternoon are a nice touch. All sorts of activities can be booked through the venue.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Mr Duane is very nice. He helped me to figure out the wifi issue and arranged a shuttle for me to the bus station although it is only 5 min walk. The environment of the hotel is excellent. The location is very convenient. It is only 5 min to the bus station and also near to Livingstone museum.
