I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the hotel staff, especially Aaron, Joseph, and Nyambeson, for their exceptional assistance when my brother fell ill and forgot his documents. They went above and beyond to ensure that his documents were delivered to him in Zimbabwe before his return to Germany. Although my brother only stayed at the hotel for one night, we will always remember the kindness and dedication of these workers. Thank you once again for your outstanding service.

I highly recommend Qourum Hotel to anyone visiting Lusaka, Zambia. The hotel offers a variety of on-site restaurants, providing convenient and diverse dining options throughout the day. Breakfast - an excellent choice, a big variety of everything and people simply wonderful, first part of the stay the room was a bit smaller , but ok comfortable, becaise we were all day at the conference so size was ok (room 509), but the second stay our room was upgraded and with the sitting part and this was really perfectly comfortable and this part we already had a holiday so we enjoyed an extra space.(room 425).

    Lusaka has progressed to a clean, functional and attractive city over the past 15 years of me traveling here. Although true tourist attractions may be lacking, there are good ones nearby, the city has lots to offer. as a business traveler it has everything we need.

    The hotel exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness and warm water every morning. The young staff were a delight to interact with, consistently displaying kindness, respect, and helpfulness, accompanied by exceptional customer service. I appreciated how they went the extra mile to assist each guest in arranging local transportation and navigating the area or reaching their desired destinations. One area for improvement could be the breakfast menu, which could benefit from more variety to avoid the repetition of the same dishes daily. Nevertheless, I believe the hotel provided excellent value for money, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

    Nothing great to like.

    Nothing great to like. Very dirty city and pathetic beggars on the streets at its center of town. Worst of all selling g new born puppies. What are the City authorities doing just turning a blind eye. Also traffic horrible.

    I liked the fact that i could easily use my Mastercard...

    I liked the fact that i could easily use my Mastercard pretty much everywhere. I like the exchange rate you get when using your card and i recommend that ppl traveling from outside the country should try use cards as the conversion rate will benefit you immensely.The people are nice and welcoming. You don't worry about crime in most of the suburbs which makes it more easy to straw around.

    There are quite a few choices in Lusaka, but many are priced too high. The Protea Hotel is a smaller, unpretentious hotel with lovely, clean rooms and nice new bathrooms. The breakfast was good to start the day with and the restaurant was open till 9.30 pm, which was great for us as we had late meetings. The prices of soft drinks were very reasonable from the bar, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly at every point of contact.

    The property was lovely, clean, comfortable, and secure. The staff were very helpful and respectful. We booked it for the entire Zambia trip and used it as a base while we made short trips to other parts of Zambia. The hospitality was unparalleled. We really enjoyed our stay here.     This hotel was clean and comfortable. We ordered food when we arrived, which was 9 PM. They were willing to accommodate us. Although the food a while to prepare, it was not disappointing when when it arrived. It was nice of them to keep our baggage after check-out as we went site-seeing around Lusaka.
