The balcony is great to enjoy the sea breeze in the evenings, with an unobstructed view on the gardens. Last but not least, the hosts have been very welcoming with a special gift at our arrival, and very easy to communicate with through emails/messages. Strongly recommended !

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, 3BR Nihilani Condo with AC, Pool & Close to Shops 8C is set in Princeville. The property was beautifully located, and it felt like home. There was adequate space for our group to be together, and to have alone time. There were beach chairs, some scuba gear, umbrellas, and some other items there that we did not have to rent.

Interior nicely done with well stocked kitchen with necessary dishes and pans and nice linens and comfortable furniture. Bottle of wine which we didn't drink but nice touch.

Restaurants, bars, pool, hot tub and beach are literally right outside the door/ok, 2 minute walk. The condo was comfortable and well stocked.

I brought my mom on our first mother daughter trip and we absolutely LOVED this condo and even said we would come back to this exact spot again. The beach attached to this location was amazing, even had a seal resting on it one of the days that we ended up laying near for hours! We were close enough to everything we wanted to see, only 15 mins from the airport, and even walking distance from a Safeway shopping center. The two separate rooms were perfect for us. I couldn’t recommend this location more! Absolutely perfect!!

Host takes care of all the little details. Washer and dryer and AC all helped a lot. Located centrally between north and south destinations. Host was very helpful before the trip with useful directions to nearby grocery shops etc. Overall a comfortable and beautiful place
