Mariella, Emilio and their two sons were lovely hosts. The place was super nice and a stone's throw away from Polignano A Mare and Monopoli. Our room was big and comfortable, the surrounding gardens and olive trees soothing....and breakfast served on our back terrace was a wonderful surprise, different each day.

beautiful grounds , perfectly maintained , great breakfast amazing service . had a hot water issue for 3 days .. owner did all in his power to get it done quickly , it ended up being a bigger issue than anticipated .. They provided us another room facility to be able to shower and discounted the room for those days . so , they handled the situation very respectfully .

The property is based right near the highway, which made it really easy to get around to the local cities we wanted to visit on our four day trip. It’s also only a 25 minute walk into the main city which was perfect.

Is there a place in Polignano a mare where you can sleep in perfect silence and wake up with chirping birds? Masseria San Martino is embedded in the countryside, 15 minutes drive from Lama monachile. The few rooms are cool and nicely furnished. The chilometro zero breakfast is gorgeous. You can swim in the private pool first thing in the morning or any time during your stay. Tiziana is a very charming landlady and gave us perfect advices on where to go or have dinner. We will get back.
