Really friendly hosts who gave us so much information about everything we would need while staying in Caye Caulker. Rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels and water. There are bikes to rent and a really lovely restaurant called Elbas right behind the property. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Excellent value! Beautiful property, rooms were spacious and clean. We had a kitchenette which was great for eating some meals in. The grounds are clean and d well kept. Situated in San Ignacio, 500 metres from Cahal Pech, Falling Leaves Lodge features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. This property is an oasis just a stone throw away from downtown San Ignacio. I was so taken with all the trees and plants and I love that they have benches to simply sit and enjoy nature. The shower was phenomenal, the bed was comfortable, and the A/C was superb. I liked that there’s was a little coffee maker complete with filter paper, ground coffee and powdered creamer and I made good use of it in the early morning when I needed to work remotely. Speaking of—the WiFi was excellent and I had no issues with any of the conference calls I had during my stay. Lastly, I’m very impressed with the attentiveness of the staff. There was always someone around to ask for help or get a recommendation, without them being helicopter-y. If you need a nature retreat within easy reach of downtown (if you’re into walking) I wholeheartedly recommend this place! It’s especially perfect if you’re backpacking but want a nice, calm place to stay. The bus drops you off at the bottom of the hill and it’s a 5 minute walk.

Best location on the island and very friendly staff at the reception. Includes breakfast. very recommendable Hotel!
