The property is very beautiful. It is not every day that you get to sleep in a room with brick barreled ceiling. We could see the high dam from the patio of our room. Very nice little boat ride across the River to get to it. The food was plentiful. Very quiet and peaceful. Loved it!

Our stay was recommended by friend from my home country from his experience and it was really great stay and good value for money . My personal experience was higher than my expectations from A to Z nothing bad - good value for money - amazing open buffet breakfast which is very delicious - high facilities -clean room - helpful stuff - they very carefully about my safety and recommend me tour guide - they send pickup from airport which was very smooth arrival to the hotel - every time I go out they ask me about my experience

Everything was awesome and amazing , the best place for holiday for have just abig relax , I really enjoyed my vacation. pool ,food quality, privacy was incredible .the staff there were extremely friendly and helpful .special thanks for madam massouda she was always kept me feeling welcomed and mr hussam he gave me amazing sea view room iam really grateful for the hospitality,thanks for mr khaled , and white sand beach restaurant was more perfect thanks for the chaif and mr Khalil and dina

The hotel is new and clean, and the staff are very friendly and the food is really good.

I consider myself a relatively picky person, so when I say that this was easily one of the best resort experiences I've had, I think that really says a lot. This was my first time at an all-inclusive resort, and the staff were incredibly polite, professional, and thoughtful. The room was very spacious, cleaned daily, and our room cleaner always left cute little designs on the beds which I thought added a thoughtful touch. Also the beds were suuuuper comfortable, especially the pillows which says a lot because I'm someone who never uses pillows because I can never find any that are comfy for me and the way that I sleep. I think they also offered like a pillow menu so they could bring you one that best worked for you. There were a variety of food options (I think honestly the Beach Bar restaurant had the best lunch, we went there literally every single day. We also may have developed an addiction to the spicy margaritas lol). The resort itself is very well maintained and absolutely beautiful. There are a series of other resorts next to Alaya and I really felt like we made the best decision in picking this one. It's also easy walking to both the coral and the regular beach. They had events every afternoon and evening so there was always a little something to do for everyone. Overall a great experience and I definitely will be going back!

The owners, Michael and Bassant are super awesome, I was a solo Traveller but I felt at my intimate friends' home.. The place is a peaceful heaven on earth

My family and I were among the first guests to experience this incredible new hotel, which is close to the new Grand Egypt Museum and pyramids. The facilities are second to none (well deserving of inclusion in LHW), with comfortable large rooms (and bathrooms) and beautiful public areas including the restaurants, immense lounges, pool and courtyard. Literally a luxury oasis in Cairo, and now one of our favorite hotels in the world. We stayed for five days as we explored the area, and got to meet many of the friendly and professional staff and management, who were pulled from the best hotels in the world. Too many people to mention them all but my wife asked me to recognize deputy manager/concierge, John, who organized the outings. Hassan, Ahmed, Yassar, Abdullah, and so many team members made a positive impression on us. I’m writing this review while sitting next to the beautiful pool, which was the perfect refresher before dinner, after riding camels and hiking through museums. I’m here with my wife and two twenty-something kids, and we tried all of the restaurants which were open. Two have not opened yet, but the Ono Teppanyaki and Arola Mediterranean restaurants are both fantastic and the morning brunch in Arola offers a superb selection for breakfast — but what we especially enjoyed was the special Egyptian breakfast that the team prepared for us. I’m already looking forward to our next trip here. Truly impeccable service.
