The house is excellent with all the things you will need. Washing machine, full kitchen with 2 flames, refrigerator, an electric kettle and all the essentials including coffee, tea and suger. There are 2 bedrooms with a door between the kids room (2 twin beds) and the main bedroom. A small balcony upstairs and a larger one in the main entrance with 2 sitting hammocks and a small table. The living room is very large and nice. And the view is great There is also a beautiful road to walk and enjoy nature and the place is quiet and very private with a large garden with grass all around the house. The owner was extremely nice and helpful with everything, including informing us on a power outage and expected time for it to end and brought us matches to use.

The staff truly understand the meaning of hospitality. From the seamless check-in process to the attentive service throughout, every interaction was marked by genuine kindness and professionalism. It was clear that their priority was ensuring every guest felt welcomed and cared for. Plus, the view from my room was absolutely breathtaking— a majestic mountain landscape blanketed in snow. It was a picturesque scene that added an extra layer of tranquility and beauty to my stay.

Every morning, she personally prepared the most delightful breakfasts using organic products and even homemade dairy items, which added a unique and personal touch to our experience. The hotel was impeccably clean, and its location in the heart of the city center made exploring so convenient. It was the perfect combination of comfort, care, and charm. Excellent and very clean family run hotel with comfortable bed and good shower and a wonderful breakfast. The owners are helpful and kind hearted. The location is about 700m from 300 Aragveli metro station, from there its one stop to Avlabari two stops to Liberty Square. If coming from Airport, the airport bus 337 stops at 300 Aragveli metro.

I would like to thank the owner and the staff for our amazing experience! This hotel is extremely cozy, beautiful, clean, warm and in the best part of Tbilisi. No noise from outside, yet enough of cute cafes and restaurants around and super close to everything. The hotel has ethnic vibes despite the name. The room was absolutely beautiful: balcony and the view made it even more special. Our breakfast in the hotel was great, many different small plates with fruits, veggies, cheeses, meats, pies, pancakes and they make eggs the way you like it. The lady who helps with breakfast was so kind and sweet. I would like to thank the hotel owner for keeping this hotel at such top level and for his welcoming attitude and generosity! When we come to Tbilisi, surely Hotel British House will be our pick!

1. The best thing about this property is the big common terrace where guests can enjoy their morning tea / coffee or evening drinks. This terrace overlooks vast grape fields. If the weather is good (not too sunny, not too windy, not too rainy), as we fortunately had, the terrace is absolutely enjoyable. 2. There is a large common kitchen where you can prepare your meals. 3. Marika is a wonderful incharge for this property. She took time to stay till our arrival and explained us the facilities in details.

Nice and clean. The room was large and spacious. The staff was very helpful. We loved the breakfast food.
