A special thank you goes to Priscila Ochoa, who truly went above and beyond. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and warmth made me feel incredibly well taken care of throughout my entire stay. From seamless check-ins to helping coordinate every detail, Priscila ensured everything was handled flawlessly. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, this hotel delivers on all fronts – world-class service, fantastic dining, and stunning design. I’ll absolutely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hong Kong. 10/10. Bravo to the entire St. Regis team!

The Hotel comprises 206 rooms and suites, an Executive Lounge with outdoor terrace, a deli, bar and restaurant all surrounded by lush abundant greenery, 2 meeting rooms with natural daylight, 24-hrs... Location was excellent -close to everything and very convenient with shuttle services to the airport ..breakfast was exceptionally good ..the staff were very efficient and helpful with special mention to Patrick (nicolas ) Pimentel and Cathy …they were very friendly and accommodating ..the rooms were very modern with complete amenities and very clean

We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel! It was packed with great amenities, making the stay incredibly comfortable. The room was very spacious and well-appointed. The outdoor area was perfect for enjoying scenic views, and the pool was incredibly relaxing too. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel also has fantastic restaurants with delicious food. To top it off, Disney mascots were appearing for picture-taking, adding a fun and memorable touch to the experience. Highly recommended!

It’s a small , quiet , modern and clean hotel . The rooms are comfortable & functional . Toiletries are really nice too. Location is very good - walking distance to TST , Mongkok ; near Jordan train station ; convenience stores and shops close by .

The room is bigger than most hotel rooms in HK. Mountain View is nice . Location is really convenient as it is close to mtr. Steps away to take minibus and buses to Aberdeen for local local food. Storage space is ample for longer stay. Staff is friendly and helpful.
