What a fantastic hotel in the heart of lively Kowloon! We thoroughly enjoyed our two recent stays at the Mondrian. The rooms were in top shape and very well thought out, with excellent lighting and cutting-edge features, like the window and lighting controls. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the rainforest shower in the bathroom very relaxing. The splendid view of the harbor and skyline was an added plus on both occasions. Above all, we were impressed by the dedication, friendliness and personal approach of all the staff we dealt with; what a delight! In particular, the duty manager provided excellent advice and came up with a nice birthday surprise for my partner. We have travelled a lot and stayed at nice hotels all over the world, but we would rank the Hongkong Mondrian among the top.

A special thank you goes to Priscila Ochoa, who truly went above and beyond. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and warmth made me feel incredibly well taken care of throughout my entire stay. From seamless check-ins to helping coordinate every detail, Priscila ensured everything was handled flawlessly. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, this hotel delivers on all fronts – world-class service, fantastic dining, and stunning design. I’ll absolutely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hong Kong. 10/10. Bravo to the entire St. Regis team!

Situated at Victoria Dockside in Hong Kong, K11 ARTUS is only a few steps away from K11 MUSEA and Avenue of Stars. The night view was very beautiful in the harbor view room. The plan included breakfast, which was very good with a wide variety of choices. A lady from the staff saw us off when we checked out. The cab we booked was late, but we were very happy to talk to him the whole time. I would recommend this hotel.

The room is bigger than most hotel rooms in HK. Mountain View is nice . Location is really convenient as it is close to mtr. Steps away to take minibus and buses to Aberdeen for local local food. Storage space is ample for longer stay. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The Hotel comprises 206 rooms and suites, an Executive Lounge with outdoor terrace, a deli, bar and restaurant all surrounded by lush abundant greenery, 2 meeting rooms with natural daylight, 24-hrs... Everything was fantastic. We had no issues during our stay. The staff were polite and very helpful. The atmosphere was lovely. Easy access to the citygate mall and the free shuttle to the airport was a bonus (no issues there too)

Directly connected to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) and a 5-8 minute walk from Exhibition Centre MTR Station and Star Ferry Pier, the luxurious Grand Hyatt Hong Kong offers a... Super friendly staff. Great food. The Club checkin stuff very helpful. Seriously, this hotel has all you need in terms of food and facilities. Will be back for sure. Get club area - bfast is super there.
