Desa Hay is a place that imprints itself on your heart, and it's not just because of its stunning decor and attention to small details. From the moment I walked into my room, I was transported to a world of elegance and comfort. The thoughtfully chosen decorations and little touches, like fresh flowers and personalized amenities, added a sense of luxury that I truly appreciated. But what truly set Desa Hay apart was its exceptional staff. They were like guardian angels, always there to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect. From their warm greetings to their genuine conversations, they made me feel like an honored guest. It's the staff who make this place feel like a home away from home, and I can't praise them enough. Desa Hay is a treasure trove of beauty, both in its decor and the hearts of its staff, and I can't wait to return to this enchanting retreat in the future.

Love everything. It's like a little gem in Maumere. Wish i could stay a little bit longer here. Next time sure will be back and stay at Anjo.

Everything is brand new. Right by the blue sea. Very quiet place. You have to drive everywhere.

The service was amazing, the room was spacious and comfy. They have a very high quality sauna, hot spa, pool and even two ice baths different temperatures for the brave. The design was top notch as well. One of the best appointed and coolest hotels we are ever visited, we will definitely be back!

On my trip around the world, I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Uma Kalai and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of my experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and attentive staff, setting the tone for a truly remarkable stay. Our suite itself was stunning. Spacious, elegantly furnished, and impeccably clean, it felt like a luxurious home away from home. Perhaps most impressive, however, was the impeccable service provided by the staff throughout my stay. From the manager Eka to the two butlers Ade and Dicky to our driver Rana who went above and beyond to accommodate our various requests to the housekeeping team who ensured that our room was always pristine, every member of the staff was dedicated to ensuring that my stay was nothing short of perfect. We also indulged in a relaxing spa treatment at the hotel's spa. This was the reason why we decided to extend our stay twice at the Uma Kalai.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous, everything is brand new and well thought of, like a true gem in the busy Canggu area. Definitely recommend the lower level villa room with small private pool in the backyard, we absolutely loved it. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful and I have never seen a more beautiful toilet mirror in my life! The hotel only has 5 rooms so it felt very private. The swimming pool area was very beautiful and sunny and you could really escape the hectic Canggu atmosphere there. The shared kitchen area was amazing and the breakfast served there by a chef was very tasty and lot of options to choose from each day (it was prepared by your order placed on previous evening). We loved that we could use the kitchen like it was our own home (there was a coffee machine, ice machine and tableware and cutlery available). This was our best accommodation during our 16 day trip in Bali and surrounding islands. The staff was very friendly and professional and we had lovely discussions with the manager Ade, she made us feel like home. Our next visit in Bali will absolutely include a stay in Plawa Laguna Bali.

The resort has a very amazing view. You can enjoy the sea scenery and its many fisher activities as far as the eyes can go. From the infinity pool and jacuzzi back message, I have the full-on bali experience here at Pramana Nusa Ceningan Resort. I love how we can enjoy the sunset and sunrise in the private beach. All of the staffs are very helpfull and accomodating.The room is comfortable and artistic.

The host is super supportive and very friendly, he takes about every single details.
