Luigi and his family run this place with an incredible dedication, hard work and love and the result is that guests have a VIP 5-star experience from the beginning to the end. We felt really looked after and that's exactly what we needed in our honeymoon. Luigi always makes himself available to drive you to Positano or anywhere nearby, regardless of short notice. Alissa does a truly flawless job at the reception, so helpful with quickly providing information and arranging any services we needed. Daniela picked us up when we got lost in Positano lol she's such a sweet girl and one of the main responsible for that rich and delicious breakfast we had every day. Our room was also flawless - classy and everything was new. Comfortable spacious bed, and other details that make a difference, like the cool lights in the shower or in the closet. Beautiful view from the porch. The cleaning service was simply perfect. This is definitely a great option for those looking to explore Positano for the easiness of access and surely the best service you can have in the area.

This charming and beautiful family that run this fascinating palazzo made us feel so welcome that we cant wait to return. Perfect location, youre on the beach in seconds. Breakfast was fresh and fantastic on the rooftop overlooking Gallipoli and the Medeterranean with special treats from Mamma’s kitchen. Rooms spotlessly clean. The two brothers so very helpful with every request. Exceptional. Perfect stay, very highly recommended.

Our stay at this incredible castle hotel was nothing short of magical. The grandeur of the castle, the beautifully preserved architecture, and the breathtaking surroundings created an unforgettable first impression. The food was absolutely divine. From rich, locally inspired dishes to indulgent desserts, the dining experience was a highlight of our stay. The drinks menu was just as impressive, with expertly crafted cocktails and a wonderful selection of wines. What made the trip even more special was how welcoming and exciting it was for our children. Sleeping in a real castle was a dream come true for them! They were completely enchanted by the historic rooms, winding staircases, and the sense of adventure that came with every corner of the property. The staff made sure they felt just as pampered and special as the adults, which we deeply appreciated. This was more than just a hotel stay—it was an experience filled with wonder, luxury, and warm hospitality. We can’t wait to return and relive the magic all over again.

If you want to experience a very special and surreal experience then spoil yourself to a visit to Monteverdi. It feels like you have travelled back in time. The beautiful views and the quaintness of the village is beyond special.

The location, facilities and views were unparalleled, with an infinity pool with views of Stromboli. It’s quiet and very relaxing with several locations to relax and have drinks and snacks delivered by lovely staff who speak several languages. It was the perfect place to escape busy lives.

Everything There isn’t probably going to be any hotel and any hotel staff this cordial… they will exceed your expectations in every way… it’s on the costlier side no doubt… but believe me it’s all worth it and the behaviour of all the staff members will make your stay beyond imagination… Thanks to the entire staff members for such a lovely stay
