I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay — including a super comfy bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a great view. Housekeeping did a wonderful job each day, and I appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water and toiletries. The location was perfect — close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet — a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This is an exceptional hotel; it was my favorite hotel of our trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. It is hard to put into words how magical this property is! From the moment we arrived we could see we were in for a treat. The staff were very welcoming, and we immediately felt at home. Our room was beautifully furnished with mid-century furniture, and the bathroom featured a lovely long bench so there was plenty of room for our bathroom stuff. We liked the art and interesting decorations in the room. The public areas are nicely laid out with room for everyone, and I loved the beautiful floor tiles! The pool was of a generous size and the loungers comfortable. Everywhere you look you can see the care and attention to detail put into making this hotel so special. The food and drinks in the restaurant were tasty and we absolutely loved the cocktails. It has been said before in other posts, but it is worth mentioning again that what sets this hotel far apart from others is the sensational service. All staff were attentive, professional and knowledgeable and managed to combine this with a sense of truly caring for their guests, and it always felt genuine. We would love to come back one day. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Our stay at Mango Kesararam was fantastic, from the room amenities, and the large bathroom, to the small but deep swimming pool, I could not have expected more. The owner Heng is easily the best host I have met.. Everything I requested, from late-night swimming to all sorts of transportation arrangements, was met with the highest satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, free transportation between the city center and the hotel was convenient, food at the hotel restaurant was tasty

Really loved the hospitality of the staffs, the manager especially. She was exceptional. The room was a cozy one, perfect for a holiday. They allowed early check-in at no additional cost. After returning from every outing or tour we were served with refreshments which is very thoughtful. They made it as comfortable and convenient as possible for us. Would recommend it to anyone. And tips for future travellers you may book the Tuk-tuk via the hotel, for us that was much more reasonable. Overall a great place to stay and if we have a chance to go back will definitely book them again. Would recommend it to anyone.
