The bed and pillows are comfortable. We had a good sleep. Breakfast is great. Location is near to everything, restaurants, grocery store. Shout out to the receptionist Nuryal (not sure if it is her correct name), she’s very accommodating, pleasant personality and friendly.

Situated in Astana, 3 km from Bayterek Monument, The Veil Hotel features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a bar and a spa and wellness centre. I like this hotel for its excellent restaurants and outstanding breakfast. I especially appreciate the concept of ordering breakfast à la carte instead of the usual buffet—it’s a much better experience. The service is very good, and the location is great—close to “Little France,” where you can see the miniature Eiffel Tower and the statue of Charles de Gaulle. It’s a pleasant area to walk around.

Aidana Plaza Hotel in Shymkent has 4-star accommodation with a bar. Good location, good breakfast, good room with desk. Large room.

KARAVANSARAY Turkistan Harbour Hotel -FLYING THEATRE ACCESS is located in Türkistan and features a bar. With free WiFi, this 5-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk. I rarely stayed in any hotel with such a great value for money. The rooms are modern, spacious and perfectly clean, breakfast is good, the location is very good and in walking distance to the Mausoleum. The spa area and gym are as well very modern and inviting. Plus, you get free tickets for the flying theater and the family entertainment center. It doesn’t get much better than this and was by far the best hotel we stayed in during our Kazakhstan vacation.

The St. Regis Astana is located on the banks of the Ishim River in the heart of Central Park in Kazakhstan's capital. Bayterek Tower, Independence Square and Astana Opera are a 15-minute drive away. The hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The service, the cleanliness, the rooms were very good. Also the staff were great and always helpful. A really nice lady called SANDIRA helped us to find our way round the city very quickly and gave us very good recommendations for shopping and restaurants. We used the limousine service for several hours and looked round the whole city. The value for money was fine. Thank you for a great stay!

Set in Türkistan, Rixos Turkistan offers 5-star accommodation with a terrace, a restaurant and a bar. A Turkish bath is available for guests. New and clean hotel. Breakfast was superb and I really enjoyed the spa and pool facilities. Staff were really friendly and the hotel is located next to the shopping centre. Also had good parking - would stay there again in my next visit!

Located in Aktau, 1.5 km from Aktau Beach, Dostyk Business Hotel provides accommodation with a terrace, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. The staff was very helpful. We had to leave at 4am to catch the early flight, the staff was kind enough to prepare breakfast boxes for us to take away.

Located centrally in Astana right next to Abu Dhabi Plaza, within walking distance to Bayterek Monument and Botanical garden, not far from major sports stadiums, Sheraton Astana Hotel provides... Staff is terrific. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food at Emilya is excellent.
