Breakfast was superb and I really enjoyed the spa and pool facilities. Staff were really friendly and the hotel is located next to the shopping centre. Also had good parking - would stay there again in my next visit!

Located centrally in Astana right next to Abu Dhabi Plaza, within walking distance to Bayterek Monument and Botanical garden, not far from major sports stadiums, Sheraton Astana Hotel provides... Staff were excellent. Swimming pool was wonderful.

The St. Regis Astana is located on the banks of the Ishim River in the heart of Central Park in Kazakhstan's capital. Bayterek Tower, Independence Square and Astana Opera are a 15-minute drive away. All of the employeers were so kind, smily, warm and helpfull. Rooms are very good, clean and nice designed. All details thought by profesissional designers. It was most comfortable hotel in my life.

The staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional and the service was very attentive. I was offered an upgrade which was a great gesture and the breakfast was very tasty. The sleeping quality was excellent and the room temperature was perfect.
