Offering a restaurant with an outdoor terrace, children's playground and Auto Retro Museum, Hotel Miķelis is located in Uzvara. Very spacious and comfortable. There were a number of things to do on the property; restored historic buildings that showed how people lived, bikes available, display of a large number of tractors going back to the1930’s. The property was set a kilometre back from the road so it was very quiet. And the surroundings were beautiful and obviously very well cared for. The restaurant was excellent and there was a good wine selection.

Hampton by Hilton Riga Airport is situated in Rīga, 8.2 km from Kipsala International Exhibition Centre and 8.4 km from Žanis Lipke Memorial. My second time to stay in this hotel. I like the stay, just an overnight, but still good access to the airport if you have an early flight. You can access it by bus or shattle service (extra fee 8 Euro). Walking seems to be a bit complicated. Clean, comfortable and no noise!! Will stay again.

Located in Rīga in the Vidzeme Region, 100 metres from Latvian National Opera, Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga features a spa centre and sauna. Everything. The room was beautiful and spacious, the bed was large and very comfortable with excellent quality bed linen. The bathroom was large with both a shower and bath. The entire property was decorated beautifully and was immaculately clean. The staff were attentive, polite and helpful. The buttons in the room for the various light modes as well as the ‘do not disturb’ and ‘make up my room’ options were a really great modern touch in an otherwise art deco themed, grand hotel. The location was amazing. Most attractions, bar and restaurants are within 5 mins walk. The evening service was a lovely touch where the house keeping staff would come to your room at about 6-7pm to ready your room for the evening - essentially tidy up again and replace used towels etc, so you are getting your room made up twice a day so if you wanted to stay in the room all day (you might, considering how beautiful it is!), the bed and room will be tidied up again for the evening so no need to worry if you messed the bed up! They also put your slippers on a sheet of silk on the floor next to the bed for you to stand on before getting into the bed which is a lovely little touch. As well as this, they will top up your bed side water and leave you an inspirational quote on your bed side table. Another lovely simple touch that goes a long way. The spa was luxurious and the treatment I had (80 minute bespoke massage) was great with some different touches I hadn’t experience before which made it very memorable for my birthday! At breakfast they had alcoholic and non-alcoholic champagne. The hotel restaurant - Stage 22 is super modern and trendy and beautiful. The food is great and the cocktail selection is large and contains a number of non-alcoholic options which were great.

Situated in Liepāja and with Liepaja Beach reachable within 1.5 km, Art Hotel Roma features a garden, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar. The location, breakfast buffet, amenities in the room were great!

Located in Jūrmala, within 700 metres of Jurmala Beach and 4.5 km of Majori, Marine Hotel Jūrmala features accommodation with free WiFi. Clean rooms, good staff, nice naberhood. Perfect place to stay.

Kepler Club Riga Airport Hotel - Airside EU Transit Area - Only Schengen is located in Rīga, within 10 km of Latvian National Museum of Art and 10 km of House of Blackheads. Everything was comfortable and easy.

Attractively set in the centre of Rīga, Aston Hotel Riga features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, private parking and room service. Very nice hotel, excellent value.

Roze Villa is situated by the seaside park in a historic area of Liepaja, about 300 metres from the Baltic Sea in a building from 1896. It offers elegant accommodation with stylish furniture. Very nice place. Quiet, close to the park and sea, has a good restaurant on the same territory. Awesome staff, friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, mini bar prices are much lower than I could expect.

Restaurant SNOB and Hedonic SPA Featuring a fitness centre and spa and wellness centre, Grand Poet by Semarah is located in the centre of Rīga, across the street from the Bastion Hill. Extremely nice and helpful staff, beautiful park right outside the door, gorgeous spa, really good cocktails, outstanding mattress, and everybody was just so sweet and accommodating to my little travel kitty!
