Everything about Hotel Riva is excellent! The room was beautiful and comfortable. We ate every meal at the restaurant because the food and service were exceptional. We loved the staff and look forward to returning.

What a place! Sparklingly clean, stylish design, comfy matrasses, and a stunning view! Parking with an elevator is a miracle 😁 Very delicious various breakfasts with omlets and pancakes. Approach to have free coffee, deserts, and snacks during a day deserves special attention. The hotel team is kind and professional. Highly recommended!

The most cost effective hotel, where you can get the great location/quality/great service/cleanliness/good variety breakfast for a very reasonable price! Liliana was such a great host! Always smiling and willing to help with good suggestions! The location was just like 8 mins walk from the old town! The room was fairly spaceous, very clean with a beautiful mountain view! The breakfast had a wide variety of choices. I definitely recommend this place!

Such an amazing place. We had a beautiful apartment on the second floor, overlooking the sea on both sides.The views are mesmerizing. You open the shutters and enjoy the beauty of the blue water and the town and the beach below . The apartment was spotless, hot water plentiful, bed very comfortable. There was a small fridge and a kettle to make tea. Internet worked well. Don’t even hesitate, book this gem and enjoy this very rare opportunity. The old town has such a fascinating history. Kulla is also the easiest hotel to access by the steps leading to the old town. Really 3 minutes up from the road. Easy steps. The staff. Another amazing chapter. Friendly, helpful, accommodating, cheerful, proud to be from Ulcinj. Florina is absolutely delightful. Beautiful people. We really did not want to leave. What an incredible experience. Miss Kulla e Balshajve and Ulcinj already. Oh, and breakfasts. I am still full. They keep brining goodies.

A variety of delicious dishes for breakfast. Historic building on the coast behind the spa and restaurant. There is a place for walking and relaxing in the building.

It was a new building and rooms are very modern and comfortable. We have a great view of the city and also could see the sea from our balcony. Breakfast was okay and having car parking are was good

Omg!!! This hotel is the very best!! The staff is amazing. Especially Voco who went far and beyond to make our stay wonderful. My husband and I had a double celebration and we made the right choice to stay in this hotel. I highly recommend it! Comfy beds, clean, delicious breakfast, great parking, walking distance to restaurants and super market. Basically anywhere. Thank you for making our stay memorable ♥️

I would love the facility to update their photos online cuz the photos online does not do justice to the facility. breakfast was excellent.
