Amazing experience staying at this hotel, it's a unique piece of Mongolia's history. The art alone is worth the stay. Rooms are luxurious and spotless, facilities and views are stunning. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. Chef Arun made us delicious meals every night, catering to us personally, including whatever we wanted for breakfast. Manager Sanjeev checked in with us every day and mixed up perfect Negronis for us in the evening. We've never had this kind of outstanding service anywhere else. It's more than a hotel, it's like staying with family and friends. you'll never forget it.

It is brand new hotel. It has all fancy electronics. Breakfast was hot. Parking was such a big plus. Considering Mongolia has very little to none everywhere else.

Warm professional staff, comfortable large room, great breakfast, great lunch and dinner choices at the lounge. Very helpful in getting us a driver for our day of ciry touring. Japanese restaurant was also a good varied option for dining.

The hotel is located right next to the bus station, which makes it extremely convenient if traveling by bus or car. The building itself is gorgeous and decorated so, so well! Overall, it is a beautiful property, and very modern-looking. The restaurant has good food and a nice patio as well. Also, for those traveling through rural parts of the country and aren't used to stays with warm water with good pressure, this hotel had really nice hot water with amazing water pressure!

The staff are absolutely incredible. The older man who handles the doors and helps with suitcases is 100% the friendly uncle we all need in our lives. Extremely friendly and accommodating!
Beautiful artwork in every floor and public spaces too.
Proximity to convenience stores (CU and GS25) plus Shangrila is an added bonus. Several restaurants and cafes in the area as well.
