Villa Fregn delivered an exceptional experience that went above and beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality made us feel completely at home. We stayed in the stunning hunting lodge, which was spotless, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped. The activities they arranged for us truly set this stay apart. The morning snowmobile ride through pristine snowy trails was magical—the perfect start to an adventurous day. The snow ATV tour was equally unforgettable! Racing through breathtaking landscapes and snowy paths was incredibly fun. The guide was knowledgeable, and professional, and made sure we felt safe every step of the way. To top it all off, the lunch break was a delightful treat—roasting locally made deer sausages over a crackling campfire added a cozy and authentic touch to the adventure. Villa Fregn is the perfect combination of adventure and genuine hospitality. We can't wait to return and create even more amazing memories! Highly recommend it to anyone seeking a nice weekend getaway.

Great location with a roof top bar. This is a new property and I lucked out because I didn’t know in advance. The stay was smooth, nice breakfast and staff, would stay again-

Loved the setting, the quiet elegance, the lovely decor and furniture. Enjoyed the celebration of the generations of family having lived there in Angvik. The dining was exceptional and sophisticated. It was truly a memorable stay.

Everything was perfect!! This place was an enexpected treasure. We were going to have a late arrival, but I contacted the staff ahead of time, and they assured us we would be in time for dinner. We only had two nights, but the staff, the property, the comfortable bedding, the food, and the location all exceeded our expectations. We look forward to a return visit.

My husband and I found the Walaker (and the village of Solvorn) to be a really special place. We had perfect weather for swimming at the beach, hiking up Molden for fjord views, and enjoying a glass of champagne in the hotel garden. Staff and food were excellent. The historic room had tons of charm. We only stayed one night but I could see spending a week to enjoy daily hikes, afternoon swims, and relaxing with a good book -- it's such a lovely, restful place!

Words cannot describe adequately the experience in Britannia and the vision of the owner that goes down to the guests. This is a hotel we will surely remember and try to bring friends to enjoy it. The details make the difference and the ambience of the place is truly unique. We have been to Four Seasons in 3 different cities, but we did not feel the same. As for the breakfast, there is little you can say. Unparalleled. The variety and the quality of the food offered is superb. Lastly, the staff was very polite, helpful and attentive in a simple, nice way. Above all, you get all these at an affordable price. I would rate it 11 if I could. The fact that this hotel is in Trondheim with the magnificent Nidaros Cathedral in less than 5 minutes away, makes it a real must. We will try visiting again in Christmas time.

In the center of Henningsvaer, very good and big breakfast. Good food.

Comfortable beds, electric car charging under hotel building and beautiful panoramic windows over the mountain. Has a sauna near a stream as well - so cosy! The staff all super friendly, we were arrived very late and they called and stayed open for us.
